Description
Enemy ships are approaching the port, and you must keep the defense. You have only one cannon and a limited stockpile of nuclei, but you can pick up additional ammunition right at sea. To destroy combat frigates, shoot them. The number on the sails means the number of shells that you have to release on the ship.
