Description

Arrange the bright juicy pumpkin carefully on a baking sheet. Pour in a little water and place in the microwave. When the pumpkin is ready, take it out and let it cool. Remove all of the delicious, seedless golden pulp from the pumpkin. Be sure to pass the pulp through a sieve so that there are no pieces in the ice cream and the pumpkin mixes with the milk into a homogeneous mass during cooking.
