Together with the chef Sarah, you will travel to hot India, but you will not go anywhere from the kitchen. And the trick is that you will cook an Indian dish of lamb Biryani in Sara's Cooking Class: Mutton Biryani. It is based on rice, and as a supplement it can be either meat or fish. In this case, you will be using lamb.
