At the end of each year, grandiose sales are traditionally held, commonly called Black Friday. In fact, they can last for weeks, because it is impossible to serve everyone in one day. The heroes of Friday Shopping are a married couple: Katherine and Jerry are preparing for the sale in earnest. They don't waste money during the year, but leave it to shop at the end.
