It represents a post-industrial dystopia, a society on the verge of social and cultural transformation, where technology is not used in the way that its creators intended. Cyberpunk is a bit like gothic, which is associated with fear, anxiety, paranoia, indecision, decline, madness, persecution, and so on. But in our game Princess Cyberpunk 2200, everything will not be so gloomy, because you will dress up a cyberpunk princess and she is not at all so hopelessly sad.
