Follow the yellow arrow and stop at the outlined yellow rectangle so it turns green. When the passenger gets into the car, start driving again behind the arrow. You mean, you will not be driving alone, there are other vehicles on the road, be careful not to create emergency situations in the Taxi Driver game.
