In Nuts Puzzle: Sort By Color you transfer nuts between screws and assemble one color on each. This is a logic puzzle where one extra move quickly closes the required transfer. With each level the situation becomes more difficult.
How to make your first transfer
- Select the top nut on any stack.
- Click on the other screw to move it.
- Look for a propeller with enough room to move.
- Assemble nuts of the same color on each screw.
Why further moves are needed
As you progress, the levels become more difficult. It is no longer enough to look at just one transfer. You need to understand in advance which screw will come free and which color you can assemble later.
When timing is more important than speed
The same calculation of the move is needed in Sort Tiles: you also keep a free move for the desired color in advance. In Nuts Puzzle: Sort By Color, an early error then prevents you from collecting all the color on one screw. Therefore, each permutation must leave room for the next one.
