Description
On an unstable flat surface you have to build a city. Build buildings to balance them left and right. There are not too many places, so aim skyward, building skyscrapers. Do not forget that the city must have all the necessary infrastructure: let the transport go, factories and factories work, people go to work. Do not let the city collapse.
