About Above and Below Solitaire

Lay out two decks of cards into nine piles. The values will be set at the top. With which you should start laying out and these can be any cards. You must distribute them by suit. If there are no options, lay them out on the main field, but there you can also sort into columns with the same suits, both ascending and descending.
