Stickdoll: Bow God — turn-based shooter duel

Stickdoll: God of Archery — arcade fighting game about stickmen with bows. You take a hero and shoot at your opponent across the entire field. The difference from regular arcade games about shooting is the collection of equipment before the start of the battle. The duel takes place in turns, maximum 3 rounds. Available on PC, smartphones and tablets.

Gather your gear before the fight

The match is divided into two parts. First, you run around the map and collect items. You will receive armor, arrows and bubbles with a random effect. The bubble does not always help — some of the effects work against you. Armor reduces hit damage. Then the arena begins. You choose the angle, set the force of the shot on the scale and release. The opponent responds with his own shot. There is a similar exchange of moves in Castle Keeper.

Three rounds to win

Your goal is to remove your opponent's health before he removes yours. The fight lasts a maximum of 3 rounds. No one wins ahead of schedule — the fighter with a large supply of health wins. Progress occurs within a match, not between sessions. There are no saves or general level here. You start every new battle from scratch. Accuracy matters more than the supply of arrows — the basic principle of the genre archer.

Who is this duel suitable for?

The game is designed for two people at one keyboard in one room. The format is suitable for short sessions of 5-10 minutes, no special experience is required. For fans of turn-based defense and distance calculations, this is closer Tower Defenders.

Point, pull, shoot

The first round is usually spent shooting.

1. Collect armor and arrows before the start of the arena.
2. Take an angle according to your opponent's figure.
3. Set the force on the scale and release the button.
4. Count your remaining health before the third round.

• Shoot with a lob from a distant position. This way you have more margin in the distance when you miss.
• Don't grab bubbles in a row just before the start of the battle. Some of the effects are harmful to you.
