Various agricultural buildings will be built on its territory, as well as plots of land for cultivation will be visible. First of all, you will need to plant various crops, fruits and vegetables. After harvesting, you can profitably sell it. With the proceeds, you will have to buy sheep. You can breed them and then sell wool from them. You can also breed new breeds of sheep.
