If you piss off someone influential and powerful, then your little car can be chased with homing missiles, as happened in the game Car Miss. These are usually used to shoot down aircraft and other air assets or targets on the water. You will have to survive in the city, hiding between the houses to avoid certain death. The rocket will follow you on your heels and you can get away from it at the very last moment by placing some kind of barrier between it and the car in Car Miss.
