Bloxd.io — online block sandbox
Bloxd.io is a block-style sandbox with Minecraft-like elements. You mine blocks. You build your world. A similar block world exists in Vectaria. The game is available on PC, smartphones and tablets. It runs fast on any device.
Mine blocks and build a base
You enter a world made of cubes. You break blocks. You place them back. You craft new items from resources. The graphics are pixel-style and lightweight. You gather wood and stone. You make a crafting table, a pickaxe and armor. You build a house, a castle or a large fortress.
Choose a mode to suit your mood
There are plenty of modes. Survival — you gather resources and defend your base. Creative mode — you build without limits. BloxdHop — speed-based platforming parkour. EvilTower — climb a trap-filled, challenging tower. CubeWarfare — block-based combat and fortresses. BedWars — defend your bed and fight in teams. DoodleCube — themed building contests with voting. Hide and Seek and Murder Mystery — trickery-based party games.
Survive in an open world
Your goal is to survive in an open world. You collect wood, stone and ore. You craft weapons and armor. You build shelter against enemies. Other players want your resources too. Defend your base. Fight or flee. In peaceful mode there are no enemies — there you just build.
From wood to diamond pickaxe
Progress comes through crafting. At first you have wooden tools. Then you make a stone pickaxe. A stone pickaxe gets coal, iron and gold. An iron pickaxe is needed for diamonds. Diamonds are the game's top resource. You earn experience and levels. The /xp command shows your level. The world has no end.
For builders and parkour fans
The game suits fans of block sandboxes and parkour. It's comfortable for kids and experienced players alike. Short parkour runs or long survival raids — both formats work.
First steps for beginners
- Join and pick a mode from the menu.
- First gather wood. Make a crafting table and a wooden pickaxe.
- Dig down 3–4 blocks. Find stone and make a stone pickaxe.
- Go into caves to find iron and diamonds.
- Place a bed to set your spawn point.
- Gather 16 units of wood right away. That's enough for a crafting table, tools, and a door.
- Don't build a house on the surface. Dig into a hillside. It's faster and gives you stone immediately.
- As a newbie, stay away from spawn. Experienced players often kill newcomers there.
