Bubble Shooter Witch Tower — a witch tower with a cauldron instead of a cannon
In a typical ball shooter, projectiles are fired from a cannon at the bottom of the field. Here the cauldron with the potion shoots, and the sight line trembles as you lead it to the target. The matching rule is standard: three or more balls of the same color burst together. But there is a limited number of balls per level, so a miss is expensive. When a direct shot does not go through, send the ball to the side wall — it will bounce and enter the group from the side.
Why change the ball in the boiler?
Clicking on the cauldron replaces the current ball with the next one in the queue. This saves shots: you don't have to get rid of the wrong color by shooting it into the void. Savings directly affect the results. Every unspent ball at the end of the level adds points, and three witch hats — a local replacement for stars — are given for completing with a small number of shots.
What does the witch ask for on the level?
The task changes from level to level. Sometimes you need to remove all the balls from the field, sometimes you need to collect certain objects, sometimes you need to free the bats and owls locked inside the balls. The field itself also changes: the balls hang in horizontal rows or spin like a wheel around a central axis, and such structures move during the game.
Boosters and rewards
Boosters are charged as the game progresses. A spark booster, for example, immediately removes a large accumulation of multi-colored balls. The daily bonus, prize wheel and chests work separately. Some rewards have to be confirmed by watching an advertising video, and players complain about the frequency of advertising. If such a layer of rewards is not needed, there are simpler ball shooters in the catalog, for example Bubble Shooter Pro 4.
Hyde
- Look at the witch's task at the beginning of the level.
- Point the beam from the cauldron at the group of the desired color.
- Change the ball by clicking on the cauldron if the color does not suit you.
- Use the side wall bounce for closed groups.
- Charge the booster and spend it on the densest cluster.
Player tips
- Shoot at the side wall when the group is blocked from above by other balls.
- Change the ball in the cauldron instead of shooting “to nowhere” — this way there is a reserve for the end of the level.
- First, knock out the balls that hold the entire bunch together: the mismatched balls underneath them also fall along with them.
