Fusion Reactor and colored block chains
In Fusion Reactor, you place pieces on a field and rotate them as you drag them to create chains and trigger an explosion that leaves a seed. Cosmic logic is at work here. There are colored blocks on the field, and each successful connection increases the score.
How to place the first block
- Drag the piece from the tray onto the field.
- While dragging, press R or F and rotate the shape.
- Keep an eye on the rotation margin: for each figure it is equal to 360 degrees.
How many blocks are needed for an explosion?
Match 8 or more blocks of the same color to trigger a fusion explosion. He clears these blocks and leaves a seed at the site of the explosion. Rows and columns give chains with a multiplier, and three chains in a row turn on Overdrive and give double points. Filling rows and columns for chains is familiar from Block Blast.
How does Classic differ from Challenge?
Classic mode only holds survival. Challenge mode sets an erosion timer and adds upgrade talents. In the second mode, you build the same chains, but you also keep track of time. The erosion timer makes mistakes more expensive.
