Chromacell: cell defense against microbes
In Chromacell, you guide a cell through a bagel with an onslaught of microbes and change color to match their fire. What is important here are quick jerks and the exact moment of color change. It's an action game with short bursts of combat and color-based defense.
Where to start the fight
- On PC, use WASD or arrow keys; on mobile, drag and drop.
- Change the color using keys 1, 2, 3 or Q and E, and on the screen by tapping on the colored balls.
- The dash is done with Space or the Dash button, and the pause is done with P or Esc.
How color and damage work
Shells of the appropriate color do no harm and fill the Chroma scale. With someone else's color, you hit the germs 1.5 times harder, so the reaction is important here. The color must be changed before the next salvo.
When does Chroma Burst trigger?
Full gauge unlocks Chroma Burst after color change. It helps slow down the attack pace and quickly break through the microbial defenses. A short fight in the arena with accumulation of power - familiar from Blob Hero.
