Holey.io Battle Royale — Battle of the Growing Holes
Holey.io Battle Royale is a fast-paced action game with io gameplay elements. You control a hungry black hole in a city arena. The hole swallows cars, traffic lights, and smaller rivals, and grows after every bite. The map slowly gets squeezed by a collapse zone, leaving less and less open space as the minutes tick by. Absorb and grow
You steer the hole with your mouse, and holding the space bar triggers a speed boost. You swallow cars, benches, and street signs, and the hole gets bigger with every bite. slither.io uses a similar grow-by-absorbing mechanic, except a snake grows there instead of a hole. The boost lasts 2 seconds, then has a 6-second cooldown, so you can’t spam it while chasing. You pick a booster before the round starts, and that changes your tactics for the whole match.
Be the last hole standing
The goal is to be the only hole left in the arena. You avoid rivals bigger than you and hunt down the ones that are smaller. Every match is pure survival. It’s not just size that matters here, but also your position on the map. A hole disappears instantly if a larger player absorbs it.
The collapse zone squeezes the map
There’s no leveling system here — only the hole itself grows. The collapse zone narrows the map every minute, and there’s less and less open space left.
