Deca: merging numbers on a 4x6 board
In Deca, you drop number tiles onto a 4x6 board. Identical values merge into larger ones, and large numbers crush smaller ones under them. This is a logic arcade game about the exact choice of column.
How the numbers grow and what the large tile does
Identical numbers are combined into the following value: 1+1=2, 2+2=3. This is how you raise the tiles up to 10. When a large number is on top, it crushes and destroys the smaller ones below it - familiar from 2048 Merge.
Why does the column fill up quickly?
The field is small, so free columns run out quickly. One large tile can open or close a column if there are weak values underneath it. Because of this, each new number changes the bottom of the board.
