How not to score a field
The field quickly narrows if you move blocks without a plan. Keep at least one free cell nearby for the next move. Don't scatter the same numbers in different corners if you can combine them now. The same calculation of the move is needed in 2048 Merge, because there they also reduce the same numbers and save free cells.
