America has been covered by a terrible virus of unknown origin. Its symptoms are the transformation of a person into a rabid aggressive creature with subsequent mutation of the body; they are called Infected. In Left 4 Dead Last Convoy, you control Tess, a medic, as she rescues Omar and tries to fight her way through hordes of zombies to a vehicle that can take them to safety. The heroes will have to go through five companies out of twenty-three stages.
