Tidewater: catch before dark
At Tidewater, you walk along the beach and pier with a fishing rod and small boat, and then you step out into the living ocean and finish the day's work before it gets dark. This is one of the skill games where casting, hooking and reeling are important. Here you go fishing, and each time you go out on the water decides whether you will be able to return before dark.
How to spend your catch and money
Each caught species goes into the journal, and you immediately see what has already been noted. You sell your catch to Joe, and with the proceeds you take improvements from Martha. After that, you return to the shore and go out on the water again, just like in Underwater Survival: Deep Dive.
What to do when the line tension turns red?
When the line tension reaches red, you release the button and let the line slacken. After that, you reel in again and continue fishing. This way you don’t tear your catch during a strong jerk.
