Main gameplay
What makes Tropical Merge stand out is how every action feels meaningful. You clear weeds, chop debris, harvest fruit trees and slowly turn a ruined bay into a lush tropical paradise. Resource gathering is the heart of progress — logs become planks, planks become barns, crops upgrade into richer crops, and ancient amulets unlock fog-covered regions. Merging five or more matching items at once gives you an extra bonus, rewarding patient play.
What you need to do
Your job is to restore the island piece by piece. Combine three or more identical objects to create upgraded versions, complete quests from the locals, trade your harvest at the Commodity Exchange and push back the overgrowth until the whole bay is yours again. Pets, characters and hidden stories unlock as you go.
Levels and goals
Every mission gives you clear targets — grow certain crops, craft specific tools, collect Ancient Amulets to lift the fog, or restore old buildings. Bonus islands expand the adventure, from Dragon City where you merge dragons to Atlantis with its sea creatures. The energy system keeps the pace relaxed and lets you plan moves instead of rushing.
How to play
- Click or tap an item to pick it up.
- Drag it onto two identical items to merge them into one upgraded piece.
- Use tools on weeds and debris to clear new land.
- Spend Ancient Amulets to unlock fog-covered zones.
- Save your merges for chains of five — they deliver more items than three at a time.
- Focus on crop chains first; they generate the resources every other quest depends on.
