Backgammon Classic: roll dice, race checkers, and lock down points
Backgammon Classic puts you on a point-by-point race: roll two dice, move your checkers in your direction, and build blocks of stacked pieces to slow the other side. You can pick a design, a difficulty, and the number of rounds before the first roll, so the same table can feel quick or drawn out depending on how you set it up.
Choose the design, difficulty, and round count
Play it as a logic game when you want every move to matter. The position changes fast because one roll can open a lane, protect a checker, or force a riskier route toward the home board. That is why counting moves and reading the board matters as much as luck.
Backgammon follows the same dice-driven checker race, so it is an easy comparison if you want the classic rules. Classic Backgammon keeps the same bearing-off goal, but with its own presentation and pacing. Sushi Backgammon also shares the same core structure, only wrapped in a different visual style.
Bear off every piece before your opponent does
Face the computer or play on the same device with a friend, which makes the local 2 player setup easy to use. The first player to remove every piece from the board wins, so a single good turn can flip the match. It is free online in your browser, with no download or signup, and it plays on mobile and desktop.
The board tag fits because every turn depends on position and timing. The intellectual tag fits too, since counting dice and protecting points decide how safely you can bear off.
