Here you’ll find every Solitaire Story: TriPeaks game in the series. On the table are three card mountains, most of them face down, with one face-up card at the bottom. You can remove a card from the mountains if it’s one rank higher or lower than the face-up card: a six goes on a seven, or an eight, and suits don’t matter. The card you remove becomes the new face-up card, and the chain continues. When you run out of moves, draw the next card from the deck. In most versions, the ace closes the loop: you can place both a king and a two on it.

How to avoid getting stuck halfway

The key decision in every game is choosing between two cards that both fit. If both a six and an eight can go on a seven, the better pick is the one with a face-down card underneath it, because that card will be revealed and your next move will have more options. A long chain without going back to the deck usually earns more points, so it’s best to touch the deck only when there really are no moves left on the mountains. Before you play, it helps to look at all three mountains at once: sometimes a short move on one mountain opens up a long chain on another.

The series entries are separate games, and progress doesn’t carry over from one to the next: each one starts at level one. The rules are the same everywhere; only the layouts and visuals change.
