Chaindrop: ball, multiplier and bounce
In Chaindrop, you drop a ball into a field of glowing pegs and guide it towards the round's goal. Each peg you touch increases the multiplier, so a long bounce is more profitable than a series of short touches. This is one of the skill games.
How to make the first throw
- Knock down the pegs and guide the ball to the round goal.
- Don't spend all the balls before the goal is completed.
- After success, choose one of three improvements.
What gives a long rebound
Physics plays into every long bounce here. Regular pegs raise the multiplier on every touch. Gold pegs enhance it, bombs hit adjacent pegs, and green pegs give free balls. A long bounce across the field decides the score; the same move calculation is needed in Bouncing Balls 2.
What happens after the round?
After the round, you choose one of three proposed improvements. Options include larger balls, bouncier shells, bombs, golden pegs, and low gravity. The next field gets more difficult. If the balls run out before the target, the round ends.
