Monarchs are people too and they get sick. Our heroine named Madison serves the queen, she is her maid of honor and faithful friend. The queen is seriously ill and our heroine is trying to find a cure. The court doctor who prepared the drugs died before he could tell where he had hidden the previously prepared bottles.
