Forgotten Hill The Wardrobe – Chapter 2 – Two Sisters – search for missing daughters
You play as a father whose two daughters have disappeared. Before this, an old wardrobe appeared in the house, and while fishing, a golden key to it was found. Now the house is empty, and the only way to the children leads through the closet doors into two separate worlds - one for each sister. This is a direct continuation of the story from Forgotten Hill The Wardrobe - Chapter 1 - Other Friends, and it begins exactly where the first part ended.
What are you doing with your hands?
The game works according to the point-and-click scheme. You click on objects, they fall into your inventory, then you use them on locks, mechanisms and doors. The screens are connected by arrows along the edges of the picture - reviews complain that the arrows blend into the background, and some of the rooms are easy to miss. Individual areas can be zoomed in, and small clues are hidden there.
Four types of riddles
The riddles here are not the same. There is a pipe assembly where you need to bring the lines into one path. There is a decoding of bird sounds - a sequence that must be memorized by ear. There is a mixing of flavors. And there are rotating blocks with colored cans that need to be placed in the correct order. Progress is saved on its own, so you can quit in the middle and come back. The passage takes about half an hour if you don't get stuck.
Player tips
- Try the riddle with bird sounds with sound on a computer - the sequence is recognized worse on a phone, several people write about this in the comments.
- The order of the colored cans is the most common place where players give up and go for the walkthrough. Look for clues to it in the neighboring rooms, and not on the screen with the jars itself.
