Battling Zombies is a strategy browser game in the path defense genre based on popular mechanics Plants vs zombies In this version you have to take control of an army of fighting plants to stop the endless legions Zombie, eager to break through to your home. The project is in many ways reminiscent of games such as Plants Vs Zombies War And Plants vs Undead, offering classic gameplay with updated balance and visual style. The game is available to run on PCs, smartphones and tablets through any modern browser.
What to do
Your task is to build a reliable line of defense on the lawn by placing plants with different types of attacks. You need to wisely distribute resources in order to plant new units in time and replace fallen ones. Each plant requires a certain amount of solar energy, which must be collected directly during the battle. If even one dead man reaches the end of the path, your defense will be broken.
Levels and goals
The game consists of a series of levels, on each of which waves of enemies of varying degrees of difficulty move towards you. Your main goal is to hold out until the final attack and destroy all the bosses of the level. With each stage, new types of defenders are unlocked with unique abilities: from freezing projectiles to powerful explosions that hit enemies within a radius of several cells.
How to play
Start each round by planting sunflowers in the leftmost row — they will provide you with a steady influx of sun. Only after accumulating sufficient capital, proceed to installing attacking shooters. Life hack: try to place wall nuts in front of the most expensive plants to buy time for them to attack. Also always leave a free slot for instant use of explosive mushrooms or cherries in case the crowd of enemies becomes too dense.
Controls in Battle with Zombies
To play on a personal computer:
- Use your mouse to select plant cards on the top panel.
- Click the left mouse button on an empty cell of the field to plant a unit.
- Click on the falling suns to add them to your stock.
To play on smartphones and tablets:
- Select plants with a light touch on the icon on the touch screen.
- Tap on the desired place on the lawn to place the protection.
- Collect resources and bonuses with quick taps of your finger on the screen.
